This privacy policy governs the data processing relationship between Thatri.ch ("we", "platform") and all users visiting the site or using our services ("you"). Thatri.ch is a software platform providing MetaTrader 5-compatible trading tools (Channel System Indicator and Thatri.ch EA).

2. DATA COLLECTED

We collect the following data to provide our services:

• MetaTrader 5 Account Number: For license creation and verification
• Email Address: For license delivery, notifications and communication
• IP Address and Country: For security, bot filtering and statistical analysis
• Language Preference (Cookie): Saved to your browser to personalize user experience
• Broker Account Information: Obtained via broker APIs solely for partner integration verification

3. AFFILIATE RELATIONSHIP DISCLOSURE

Thatri.ch operates under Introducing Broker (IB) / Affiliate partnership agreements with the following brokers:

• RoboForex (Partner Code: oqbn)
• XM Group
• Exness (integration in progress)
• HFM / HF Markets (integration in progress)

We earn commission revenue from broker firms for users who open accounts through our partner links. This revenue is the core business model that allows us to offer our tools for free. We do not charge you any fees.

4. USE OF DATA

Collected data is used only for the following purposes:

• License creation and generating account-specific license keys
• Broker partner integration verification
• Technical support and communication
• Security and fake account detection
• Anonymous statistical analysis

Your data is never sold, rented or shared for commercial purposes with third parties. Only minimum necessary data is shared for broker API integrations.

5. LICENSE TERMS OF USE

Access to Thatri.ch tools is subject to the following conditions:

• License is valid only for the specified MT5 account number and cannot be transferred
• Your partner broker account must be active and linked to Thatri.ch IB partnership
• If the account remains inactive for 15 days without any trading, the license is automatically suspended
• Making a new deposit or trade will automatically reactivate the license
• Reverse engineering, copying or distributing the tools is prohibited
• Thatri.ch reserves the right to revoke licenses without prior notice

Thatri.ch and its developers cannot be held responsible for:

• Direct or indirect financial losses arising from use of the tools
• Delays caused by broker server outages or slowdowns
• Unexpected changes in market conditions
• User's incorrect or incomplete leverage/lot settings
• Transaction errors caused by internet connection interruptions

8. COOKIES

Thatri.ch uses only one functional cookie:

• thatrich_lang: Used to remember your language preference for 365 days

No advertising, tracking or analytics cookies are used.

9. DATA SECURITY

Your data is stored on Infomaniak infrastructure (Swiss servers). Passwords are stored hashed using the bcrypt algorithm and are never stored in plain text. Only authorized system accounts can access your data.

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right to learn whether your data is being processed
• Right to access your data and request a copy
• Right to request correction of incorrect data
• Right to request deletion of your data (account closure)
• Right to object to data processing
